What Are They?
Industrial-Grade Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Tags
Lockout/Tagout tags are a critical component of any energy-control safety programme. When a machine, electrical panel, or mechanical system is powered down for servicing or repair, a worker physically locks out the energy source and attaches one of these high-visibility tags to communicate the hazard.
The tag identifies who placed it, why the equipment is isolated, and when it is safe to re-energise — preventing accidental start-up and protecting maintenance personnel from serious injury.
